About Kathryn

Over the past 6 years as a Registered Dietitian, I have completed my Master's Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of St. Joseph as well as obtained my Certified Nutrition Support Clinician certification. I work with a variety of clients from pediatrics and eating disorders to weight management, diabetes, heart health, etc. As a nutrition support clinician I also work with patients receiving TPN and tube feeding support. Outside of work I enjoy any sort of exercise that gets me outside and socializing with others. I love hiking, rock climbing, running, biking, etc. I believe exercise should be fun and that everyone can find an activity they enjoy! I also love to travel and find new foods and activities to try. I am passionate about healthy cooking and baking and have a great basis of knowledge and recipes to share! I have a big vegetable garden and enjoy guiding others in growing their own fruits and veggies.

Approach to care

I believe in an individualized approach to nutrition management, every body is different and unique! I work with clients to develop healthy eating and lifestyle habits that work for them and will help develop and maintain long term results. I want everyone to enjoy food and this is why I utilized an intuitive eating approach to my nutrition care.

Your first session with Kathryn

During your first session I would like to get to know not just about your eating habits and food preferences but other lifestyle factors such as sleep, stress, exercise routines, etc. This is a judgement free zone and the more you tell me about yourself the better equipped I am to help you reach your goals. We will come up with a nutrition/lifestyle plan to fit your needs and determine how to keep track of your progress.
