About Kathy
For 30 years, I’ve worked as a registered dietitian supporting adults as they navigate changing health needs, evolving priorities and the realities of everyday life. I understand first-hand how age and life challenges can circumvent the best of intentions. My support focuses on guiding people to build sustainable habits whether managing chronic conditions or adapting to new health goals. Together, we’ll define what success looks like for you and create a plan that supports your health based on your individual goals. I believe meaningful change happens through partnership, not perfection. I’m here to walk alongside you with experience, empathy and practical tools to support you towards your end goal.
Approach to care
I strongly believe we are all in different places in our lives with unique circumstances. Communication and feedback are important tools to help new habits become sustainable. I encourage brainstorming and coming up with realistic approaches that feel right to you.
Your first session with Kathy
Our first meeting will allow us time to review your specific health goal and break it down to smaller, manageable steps. We will also review approaches you have used in the past when you have been successful at incorporating new habits, and also review approaches that don't seem to work.
