About Katie
Hi! I'm Katie, a registered dietitian with 4 years of experience in outpatient nutrition counseling. I've worked in long-term care and as the Campus Dietitian at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, supporting students, staff, and athletes with personalized, evidence-based nutrition care. I'm also a Certified Personal Trainer and believe nutrition and movement work best together for long-term health. My approach focuses on mindful, realistic eating habits -not restriction- to help you understand your body and feel confident in your choices. I proved supportive, judgement-free guidance tailored to your goals and lifestyle, so you can feel empowered and in control of your health.
Approach to care
I believe nutrition should feel supportive, not overwhelming. My approach is personalized, practical, and designed to fit your real life -because lasting change happens when habits are realistic and sustainable. I focus on mindful eating rather than restriction, helping you understand how your body responds to food, movement, and daily routines. As a Certified Personal Trainer, I take a whole-person approach that connects nutrition and movement to support energy, confidence, and long-term health. Our sessions are collaborative and judgment-free. We'll move at a pace that feels right for you, build confidence around food, and create habits you can maintain -not just follow for a short time. My goal is to help you feel empowered, informed, and in control of your health.
Your first session with Katie
Your first visit is a chance for us to connect and explore what brought you here. We'll talk through your goals, habits, and daily routines, and I'll complete a full nutrition assessment to understand your unique needs. Together, we'll set a few achievable goals that you can start working on right away. In future sessions, we'll build on these goals, track progress, and provide personalized education to help you understand how your body responds to food, movement, and lifestyle choices. Each session is designed to support you in taking small, meaningful steps toward your health at a pace that works for you.
