Hi, Iâm Katie! Iâm a Registered Dietitian (RD) whoâs passionate about making nutrition simple, supportive, and realistic. Iâm also a mom of two, so I totally get busy schedules and the need for quick, practical meals. When Iâm not talking nutrition, youâll usually find me exploring around Spokane or getting creative with my embroidery machine.

Your first session with Katie
In our first session, weâll talk through your goals, routine, preferences, and whatâs currently feeling hard. Iâll review what youâre doing now, then weâll choose a few clear, realistic next steps to focus on right awayâthings like building balanced meals, adding protein and fiber, hydration, planning ahead, and making food feel easier. Youâll leave with a simple game plan you can actually use between sessions.
