About Katie
Hi, I’m Katie! I’m a Registered Dietitian with 16 years of experience helping people find a healthier, more balanced relationship with food. Over the years I’ve worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings, supporting individuals with a wide variety of health concerns. What I’ve learned most is that there’s no one-size-fits-all approach—every person’s journey is unique, and I enjoy meeting people where they are. I’ve also spent time teaching nutrition courses, leading cooking classes, and promoting wellness in the community, which has shown me just how powerful food and lifestyle changes can be. My goal is always to create a supportive, encouraging space where you feel empowered to make realistic and sustainable changes that truly fit your life.

Your first session with Katie
Our first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll talk through your health history, lifestyle, and nutrition goals so I can better understand what’s most important to you right now. I’ll ask questions about your daily routines, eating habits, and any challenges you face so we can start building a clear picture together. From there, we’ll set a few small, realistic goals that feel manageable and tailored to your life. You’ll walk away with a personalized plan you can start using right away, along with resources, support, and guidance to help you feel confident in taking the next steps. Most importantly, you can expect a supportive, judgment-free space where your voice and goals come first.
