About Katrina
Katrina is a Registered Dietitian with a passion for helping others find true balance with nutrition. Katrina has been a dietitian for 7 years working with weight concerns, disordered eating, polycystic ovarian syndrome, high cholesterol, and prenatal nutrition. Having struggled with disordered eating and hormonal imbalances herself, Katrina has helped many women with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) break free from dieting and balance their hormones to keep PCOS symptoms at bay. Katrina believes that small goals lead to lifelong habits. When you work with Katrina, you won't get a "quick fix" but a true, sustainable lifestyle change.
Approach to care
Katrina provides a supportive environment and meets you where you are right now. Katrina uses Mindful Eating practices to help you realistically find food freedom and elevate your nutrition so you can be your happiest and healthiest self.
Your first session with Katrina
Our first session together will be all about YOU! We will talk about what inspired you to improve your health, what motivates you, and potential barriers to change. This will help us come up with the best plan for you to be successful on your health journey. We will always work together, and my goal as your dietitian is to provide a calm, judgment-free environment in order to prioritize you and your health. I can't wait to meet you!
