About Kayla
Hi, I’m Kayla — a Registered Dietitian passionate about supporting women through all stages of health with compassionate, evidence-based nutrition counseling. I specialize in nutrition support, women’s health, fertility, and PCOS, helping clients navigate complex health concerns with clarity and confidence. My goal is to empower you with education, encouragement, and realistic tools so you can build a healthier relationship with food and feel supported every step of the way.
Approach to care
I work closely with individuals who may feel overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition advice, hormonal symptoms, or medical recommendations. My approach is collaborative and practical, focusing on nourishing the body, supporting hormone balance, and creating sustainable habits that fit real life — not restrictive plans or quick fixes.
Your first session with Kayla
Our first session is all about getting to know you and understanding your unique health goals. We’ll take time to review your health history, current concerns, lifestyle, and any labs or medical recommendations you may have. This helps me understand the full picture — not just what you eat, but how nutrition fits into your daily life. We’ll talk through your goals and identify what feels most important to focus on right now. There’s no pressure to be perfect or make big changes right away. Most importantly, this session sets the foundation for a collaborative partnership where we work together at your pace to support your health.
