Over the years, my approach to weight management and wellness has shifted dramatically. Iâve seen how transformative it can be to focus on blood sugar balance and metabolic health, rather than relying on calorie counting or strict meal plans. While those methods may deliver short-term results, my goal is to help busy women break free from the mental tug-of-war with food, build simple and sustainable habits, and align their health with their high-performance standards, so they feel their best from the inside out.
