Approach to care

Kayla approaches each new client with open questions and zero judgment. She creates a safe space for clients to be open about their struggles. Using evidenced-based practices and an add-in approach, Kayla can help you slowly make changes to what you are already doing to more fully accomplish your goals.

Your first session with Kayla

Your first session with Kayla will consist of getting to understand your reason for wanting to meet with a dietitian and your background regarding food and nutrition. We will get clear on what your goals are and what the “big picture” will look like for you. Once established, Kayla will provide education related to your questions/concerns. We will then make short term goals that will be challenging but not overwhelming. These short term goals help us to slowly work towards your big picture goal, together.
