About Kaylan
I work with women who want nutrition support that feels steady, thoughtful, and doable. Many of the women I see are navigating big body changes, busy seasons of life, or symptoms that have been brushed off or oversimplified. They are not looking for a strict plan. They want clarity and someone who actually listens. My work focuses on women’s health across pregnancy, postpartum, hormone and cycle health, thyroid conditions, PCOS, menopause, and metabolic concerns like cholesterol, blood pressure, and blood sugar. I help you understand what your body is asking for and how to support it in ways that fit into real life.
Approach to care
I help women feel less overwhelmed by their health and more confident in their day to day choices. If your body feels unpredictable, your energy is low, or your symptoms never seem to have a clear explanation, you are not alone. My role is to help you understand what your body is doing and how to support it in practical ways. There are no rigid rules or perfect plans here. We focus on simple routines, steady habits, and realistic changes that actually stick. You do not need to show up with answers. I meet you where you are, help you connect the dots, and make sure you leave each session knowing exactly what to do next and why it matters.
Your first session with Kaylan
In our first session, we focus on understanding your health story and what you have been experiencing. You do not need to prepare anything. I guide the conversation and help you sort through symptoms, routines, and concerns at a pace that feels comfortable. We talk about what matters most to you, whether that is energy, digestion, cycle changes, hormones, appetite, sleep, stress, or something that has been confusing or frustrating. By the end of the visit, you will have more clarity and a clear direction for what comes next. You will not leave with a strict plan or meal plan. Instead, you will leave with a few simple focus areas that help us move forward and create a strong foundation for your care. The goal of the first session is clarity, support, and a sense of calm. This is just the starting point, and we build from here together.
