Approach to care

Kaylee believes in taking a practical and realistic approach founded in nutrition education. This starts first by meeting the individual where they are at. Then she not only helps clients understand nutrition and food and how to adequately fuel their body, but also how to practically apply it to their day to day. This translates to health behavior changes that result in successful and sustainable healthy lifestyle.

Your first session with Kaylee

During the first session you can prepare to discuss physiological information (height/weight), medications, typical dietary behaviors, physical activity schedule, daily schedule, goals and any other relevant information. Then, set goals and a care plan for how we will move forward. Finally, this will be a time to ask any questions you have.
