About Kaylee
Hey there, Iâm Kaylee! Iâm a wife, new mom, and animal lover! Iâve been a dietitian for five years and have spent my last few years working with bariatric and medical weight loss patients. My passion has always been helping people feel better in their bodies â especially when it comes to weight management. I know firsthand itâs not as simple as âcalories in vs. calories out.â I believe all foods can fit. Yes, even a doughnut or a scoop of ice cream! Food should be something you enjoy, not something that causes guilt or stress. My goal is to help you find that balance where healthy eating feels natural, flexible, and sustainable. My love for nutrition started back in high school, when I worked with my basketball coaches to improve our teamâs nutrition and strength program. I saw how fueling our bodies well truly changed our performance and confidence. Today, I bring that same energy to every session â helping clients build confidence, create realistic goals, and find freedom with food.
Approach to care
My approach is simple: Real. Life. First! Nutrition isnât about eating perfectly. Itâs about finding what works for you. I take a balanced, flexible approach that allows all foods to fit, while focusing on habits that support your energy, hormones, and overall well-being. There are no quick fixes when it comes to lasting change. Real, sustainable progress takes time, consistency, and commitment, but itâs absolutely worth it. Iâll be here to encourage you, cheer you on, and help pick you back up when things feel hard. Iâm not here to hand you a strict plan or tell you to give up your favorite foods. Instead, weâll find practical ways to nourish your body, improve your relationship with food, and build confidence that lasts. Whether youâre navigating weight changes or simply ready to feel better in your body, my goal is to make the process feel encouraging, doable, and personal â because this is your journey, and you deserve to feel supported every step of the way.
Your first session with Kaylee
Come ready to talk all about you! Our first session we will discuss your goals, your challenges, and your story. I want to understand what brought you here, whatâs worked (and what hasnât), and what a healthy, balanced life looks like for you. Weâll take time to talk through your daily routine, eating patterns, and any medical history that might impact your nutrition. From there, weâll set a few realistic, doable goals (nothing overwhelming or restrictive) just simple, meaningful steps to help you start building momentum. You wonât leave with a cookie-cutter plan or a list of âgoodâ and âbadâ foods. Instead, youâll walk away with a clear direction, personalized guidance, and a sense of encouragement that youâre not in this alone. Change takes time, and itâs normal to feel unsure at first. My job is to help you stay grounded, supported, and confident throughout the process â to remind you that progress matters more than perfection, and that every small step forward is worth celebrating.
