About Kaylee
Kaylee Tremelling MCN, RDN, (she/her/hers) started her career in 2016 working primarily with individuals (teens/adults) who struggle with eating disorders/disordered eating in an outpatient setting and never looked back. She enjoys continuously learning about all things nutrition. If you enjoy talking about energy/emotions and how that affects your relationship with food, you'll get along great with Kaylee.
Approach to care
Kaylee combines evidence-based nutrition, a holistic approach, and a compassionate counseling style to encourage lifestyle changes that better your day-to-day life. She is passionate in helping people heal their relationships with food and body with an Intuitive Eating and Health At Every Size philosophy. Kaylee will help you get rid of the food rules, the black/white thinking, and help you start eating without feelings of guilt, shame or failure, while discovering what having permission with food feels like. Kaylee will be your biggest cheerleader. Her hope for you is that you will stop putting your life on hold and instead, pursue the things you love to do.
Your first session with Kaylee
During the first session, Kaylee will spend the session getting to know you and your history. After each session, you will come away with 1-3 things to be working on or thinking about up until the next session. She always personalizes these recommendations to be realistic and reasonable to what you want most out of nutrition counseling.
