About Kayley
Hi, I'm Kayley! I'm a Dietitian who is passionate about helping people build sustainable and balanced habits with food. From a young age, I was fascinated by the impact nutrition can have on overall health and well-being. After healing my own relationship with food, I know firsthand how important support and guidance are in the process. When I'm not working with clients, I love exploring new restaurants, spending time with my husband and two kids, and enjoying the mountains.
Approach to care
My approach is compassionate, realistic, and personalized. I take the time to understand your lifestyle, preferences, and goals. Together, we'll create a plan that feels doable and enjoyable-so you can find long-term success without restriction or guilt.
Your first session with Kayley
In our first session, we'll get to know each other and talk about your goals, challenges, and what you'd like to focus on. We'll outline a personalized plan and set realistic next steps that work for you. My goal is for you to leave feeling supported, encouraged, and clear on how we'll move forward.
