About Kayley
Hi, I'm Kayley! Iām a Dietitian passionate about helping people build sustainable, balanced habits with food. My experience includes inpatient care at both a psychiatric hospital and a rehabilitation hospital, where I supported individuals with complex medical and mental health needs. Iāve also worked in outpatient telehealth settings, helping teens and adults strengthen their intuitive eating skills. From a young age, Iāve been fascinated by the impact nutrition has on overall health and well-being. After healing my own relationship with food, I know firsthand how valuable support and guidance can be in that process. When Iām not working with clients, I love exploring new restaurants, spending time with my husband and two kids, and enjoying the mountains.
Approach to care
My approach is compassionate, realistic, and personalized. I take the time to understand your lifestyle, preferences, and goals, and together we create a plan that feels doable and enjoyableāso you can find long-term success without restriction or guilt. I use evidence-based approaches such as intuitive eating, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and a Health at Every SizeĀ® framework. I prioritize strengthening your relationship with food first, and then gently guide you toward nutrition and wellness goalsāboth short-term and long-term. Our work goes beyond numbers, helping you find joy in food, build confidence, eat with ease, and feel good in your body.
Your first session with Kayley
In our first session, weāll have a relaxed and open conversation for a full hour, exploring your lifestyle, health history, goals, and challenges. Weāll talk about what long-term success looks like for you, how weāll measure it, and leave the session with 1ā2 actionable steps for you to work on until our next session. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, encouraged, and excited about the journey ahead.
