About Kayli
Hi! Iâm Kayli, a registered dietitian grounded in a holistic understanding of body systems, nutrition, and the interconnected roles of food and plants. At the heart of my work is honoring what my clients feel, want, and need support in. For over five years, Iâve provided one-on-one counseling, educational resources, workshops, garden-based food education, and cooking classesâand in that time, Iâve never stopped learning. Iâm passionate about offering people a well-rounded, evidence-based understanding of their bodies and their relationship with food. Together, we can build grocery lists, plan a weekâs worth of dinners, identify supportive foods for the symptoms you want to address, and cultivate a sense of autonomy, respect, and pleasure in your eating experience.
Approach to care
My approach is compassionate, constructive, and collaborative. Itâs rooted in your unique needs, preferences, learning style, and goals. If youâre a numbers person, we can use numbers. If you learn visually, we can lean into visuals. Maybe we use senses, colors, texturesâwhatever helps things click. Iâm here to work with what works for you. There is no single ârightâ way to build a healthy, respectful relationship with food and your body.
Your first session with Kayli
I want to get to know you and hear your story. In our first session, weâll do a deep-dive into whatâs going on for youâyour goals, your challenges, and everything in between. From there, Iâll share supportive resources and weâll figure out simple, realistic changes that can fit into your everyday life. My hope is that you walk away from that first session feeling hopeful, informed, and confident about the next steps toward your goals.
Education
I studied Dietetics, Nutrition, and Food Science, and Food Systems and the University of Vermont. I went on to complete my dietetic internship through Garden to Table Nutrition. I completed an Herbalism course, Fertility Awareness Educator training, Ayurvedic Nutrition, and Real Food For Pregnancy trainings.
