About Kayli

Hi! I’m Kayli, a registered dietitian grounded in a holistic understanding of body systems, nutrition, and the interconnected roles of food and plants. At the heart of my work is honoring what my clients feel, want, and need support in. For over five years, I’ve provided one-on-one counseling, educational resources, workshops, garden-based food education, and cooking classes—and in that time, I’ve never stopped learning. I’m passionate about offering people a well-rounded, evidence-based understanding of their bodies and their relationship with food. Together, we can build grocery lists, plan a week’s worth of dinners, identify supportive foods for the symptoms you want to address, and cultivate a sense of autonomy, respect, and pleasure in your eating experience.

Approach to care

My approach is compassionate, constructive, and collaborative. It’s rooted in your unique needs, preferences, learning style, and goals. If you’re a numbers person, we can use numbers. If you learn visually, we can lean into visuals. Maybe we use senses, colors, textures—whatever helps things click. I’m here to work with what works for you. There is no single “right” way to build a healthy, respectful relationship with food and your body.

Your first session with Kayli

I want to get to know you and hear your story. In our first session, we’ll do a deep-dive into what’s going on for you—your goals, your challenges, and everything in between. From there, I’ll share supportive resources and we’ll figure out simple, realistic changes that can fit into your everyday life. My hope is that you walk away from that first session feeling hopeful, informed, and confident about the next steps toward your goals.

Education

I studied Dietetics, Nutrition, and Food Science, and Food Systems and the University of Vermont. I went on to complete my dietetic internship through Garden to Table Nutrition. I completed an Herbalism course, Fertility Awareness Educator training, Ayurvedic Nutrition, and Real Food For Pregnancy trainings.
