About Kaylynn

Hi! I’m Kaylynn, a Registered Dietitian who believes that eating well doesn’t have to be complicated. I believe in a flexible approach to nutrition—one that’s all about finding what works best for you, without restrictive rules or fad diets. Nutrition isn’t about perfection; it’s about learning to adapt and find what works for you, at any age or phase of life. Whether you're looking to make small, sustainable changes or need help navigating a specific health concern, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. When I’m not helping clients reach their goals, I'm exploring new recipes with the help of my two small children, getting outside for a hike, or enjoying a good cup of coffee.

Approach to care

My care is grounded in empathy, understanding, and respect—because nutrition isn’t one-size-fits-all. I’m here to guide you in a way that feels supportive, not overwhelming, and I’ll never judge where you’re starting from. Every step is progress, and I’m with you every step of the way. I like to keep things simple, real, and sustainable. No gimmicks, no complicated meal plans—just straightforward advice to help you feel your best without the stress.

Your first session with Kaylynn

Our first session is all about you. You can expect to do a lot of talking as we dive into your personal history, challenges, and what’s been working (or not working) for you. My goal is to understand you—your lifestyle, your needs, and your barriers—so we can build a foundation of trust and understanding. We may not set any official goals right away. Instead, we’ll focus on laying the groundwork for a more personalized approach to nutrition that feels right for you. Change takes time, and this session is all about listening, reflecting, and creating a safe space for you to share.
