About Ke'alohi

Hi, I’m Alohi ("uh-low-hee"), a Registered Dietitian with five years of experience in the field. I earned my MS in Nutrition from Oregon Health & Science University and completed my dietetic internship in a level 1 trauma hospital, with a specialty focus on maternal nutrition. I’ve spent time in sports nutrition at professional and collegiate levels, and I served on the American Sports and Performance Dietitian Association student committee for two terms. In my downtime I love cooking, baking, getting outdoors, reading, and staying active!

Approach to care

I ground my practice in current evidence and a warm, collaborative approach. I work with you to build sustainable habits that fit your life, not chase quick fixes. My lens is HAES (health at every science) informed and holistic, focusing on your relationship with food, body, and well-being. I translate science into practical steps and provide clear guidance with accountability. Together we’ll explore what works for you and create a plan you can maintain for the long term.

Your first session with Ke'alohi

Our first session is a conversation about you. We’ll review your medical history, dive into your relationship with food, and look at any lab work or biometrics you have. We’ll establish 1 to 2 short term goals and outline practical steps for the weeks ahead. You don’t need to have it all figured out; come as you are. It’s a judgment-free, collaborative space where we’ll set a clear path forward.
