About Kelley
With over 13 years of nutrition counseling experience, I'm here to help you with your health and nutrition goals. Some of the many conditions I have worked with include weight management, bariatric surgery, diabetes (including gestational diabetes), gastrointestinal concerns, organ transplant, Celiac Disease, kidney disease, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure. In the past, I have been a certified personal trainer and a certified diabetes educator.
Approach to care
I focus on a patient- centered approach, where patients play a large role in developing their goals and action steps. I listen with intent and non-judgment, and guide patients towards their healthiest self.
Your first session with Kelley
Our first session will be learning about you! We'll discuss your concerns, your current food and beverage habits, exercise and goals that you wish to achieve. I will help you create realistic action steps to help you on your nutrition journey.
