About Kelli
âm Kelli, a registered dietitian with a background in dance, movement, and whole-body wellness. I studied World Arts and Cultures at UCLA and later worked as a personal trainer and massage therapist in NYC, which shaped my understanding of how the body functions, heals, and thrives. I earned my masterâs in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology and have since worked with diverse populations, including prenatal and postpartum clients, athletes, families, and older adults. I love helping people feel nourished, supported, and connected to their bodies through realistic, meaningful nutrition.

My approach blends evidence-based nutrition with a warm, intuitive, and realistic style. I focus on nourishing whole foods, sustainable habits, and tuning into the bodyâs cuesânot strict diets or rigid rules. I integrate principles of mindful eating, nutrient-dense choices, and gradual behavior change to help build routines that last. Iâm collaborative and compassionate, taking time to understand your goals, lifestyle, and challenges so we can create a plan that feels achievable, supportive, and aligned with your values.
