About Kelli
Hi, I am Kelli! As a registered dietitian with experience in both clinical and private practice, I help patients identify the root cause of their health struggles to achieve their longterm nutrition goals. I am a big believer in having a healthy mindset around food, and passionate about preventive nutrition. I look forward to assisting you in achieving your nutrition goals!
Approach to care
I help busy individuals move away from fad dieting and direct you towards a balanced eating pattern. I recognize that not everyone has the same food preferences or health beliefs. Whether it is just you, your spouse, or your entire family you are coking for, I’m here to provide friendly, evidence-based support.
Your first session with Kelli
We will spend extensive time reviewing your health history, discussing your current eating patterns, and creating a food log to help keep track of your progress. I will also create a meal plan for you, that way less time is spent worrying about what meals to make for the following week. We will then set up followup appointments to help hold you accountable for the future. I look forward to meeting with you!
