About Kelli
Hi, I’m Kelli. I’m a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Dietitian with an MS in Nutritional Sciences and Dietetics from Texas Tech University. With two years of experience in clinical and hospital settings and research/academia, I’ve learned that nutrition isn’t a one size fits all approach. I love exploring how food fits into real life, whether I’m hiking a trail, running a race, or baking something comforting. I’m passionate about helping people build healthy habits that last, and I’m grateful for the chance to walk beside you on your unique journey toward nourishment and wellbeing.
Approach to care
My care philosophy centers on science, compassion, and partnership. I ground recommendations in current research to support practical, sustainable changes rather than quick fixes. I practice from a Health At Every Size perspective, focusing on behaviors that improve health and wellbeing without weight stigma or judgment. You’ll notice I aim to be direct and actionable, translating evidence into steps you can actually fit into your life. My approach is holistic, honoring mental and emotional wellbeing alongside physical health, and educational, so you feel empowered to make informed choices.
Your first session with Kelli
Think of our first appointment as a conversation, not an evaluation. Our time is all about you and your goals. We’ll review your medical history, labs, and biometrics, and we’ll establish short term targets that feel realistic. This is a low pressure space where you don’t need to have it all figured out yet. I’ll listen with empathy and you’ll be shaping the plan as we go. By the end, we’ll have 1 or 2 clear next steps to guide your path and a sense of what we’ll work on first together.
