About Kellie
I have been an RD for over 18 years. I currently work with patients with kidney disease who also require counseling for diabetes and weight loss. I believe in setting achievable goals and adding to them as you conquer each milestone. I have additional experience with Women, Infants, and Childhood Nutrition as well as Gestational Diabetes counseling. I believe that food should be both nourishing and enjoyable. Through a supportive, judgment-free approach, I help clients move away from dieting and toward confidence, balance, and mindful eating. I emphasize practical, real-life strategies that fit each person’s lifestyle — empowering them to make peace with food and achieve sustainable wellness from the inside out. As someone who is currently working on their weight loss journey, I can relate to the daily struggles and challenges that can arise. I look forward to work with you to achieve all your milestones without frustrations!
Approach to care
I prefer making lifestyle changes not "dieting." I take a practical, empathetic approach to nutrition counseling. I know change doesn’t happen overnight, so I focus on small steps and genuine connection — helping clients build confidence, enjoy food without guilt, and find what works for them long-term. I will provide a judgement-free zone and encouragement to reach your desired results!
Your first session with Kellie
In your first session with me, you can expect a supportive, judgment-free conversation focused on you and your goals. We’ll review your health history, lifestyle, eating patterns, and any concerns you may have. I take time to listen and understand what has or hasn’t worked for you in the past. Together, we’ll set realistic, personalized goals and create an initial plan that fits your life—not a one-size-fits-all approach. You’ll leave with practical, actionable steps and a clear direction for moving forward.
