About Kelly

Kelly Adams is a Registered Dietitian, originally from Illinois, but now resides in Minnesota. She believes that food is fuel and has worked with all kinds of patients from Division I athletes to weekend warriors and gender diverse individuals. With her experience living with ADHD, Kelly has been able to help others in similar situations improve quality of life through food and strives to include all foods, especially cultural foods, into your day to day routine.

Approach to care

Kelly understands that food and nutrition is not a one-size-fits-all approach and strives to help clients reach their goals using a compassionate and non-judgemental approach to food. She doesn't believe in cutting out foods or strict meal plans, but rather finding small tweaks to your current routine that can help achieve your goals. Her mission is to empower you to use nutrition to feel confident in your own skin and fuel your body properly.

During your first session, Kelly will get to know YOU and not just your end goal. She will ask about nutrition and health history, day to day routine, interests and hobbies, goals, eating habits, and anything else that will help her provide personalized and sustainable nutrition recommendations to help meet your goals.
