About Kelly
Kelly is a dietitian based in central Kentucky. With a degree in marketing, along with a degree in dietetics, Kelly works with clients to create healthier lifestyles while educating on research-based nutrition education and dispelling nutrition myths and common misinformation.

Kelly's practice is focused around empowering clients with the nutritional education and tools to create sustainable habits and lifestyle changes.
Your first session with Kelly
You can expect a relaxed atmosphere where Kelly will get to know you through a series of questions about your health, history, lifestyle, goals and expectations. She'll then create an individualized plan to reach short-term and long-term goals and set follow-up sessions.
