About Kelly
Hi! I'm a Registered Dietitian with a Master's degree in Clinical Nutrition from Immaculata University. My passion for nutrition began through a lifelong involvement in soccer and later grew as I transitioned into competing in triathlons. Through my athletic journey, I experienced my own health challenges, including thyroid disease, which deepened my interest in how nutrition impacts overall health and performance. These personal experiences led me to pursue nutrition as my career and shaped my approach as a clinician. I am deeply passionate about advocating for others and supporting them throughout their health journeys. Whether you are navigating overall health concerns, women's health, sports nutrition, thyroid (hypo/hyper) Hashimoto's, gut health, or the prevention and management of specific health conditions, my goal is to help you feel confident, informed, and empowered in your nutrition goals and choices.
Approach to care
My counseling approach is rooted in trust, transparency, and clear communication. I believe meaningful progress happens when clients feel heard, respected, and fully informed. Together we establish clear goals and intentions so you always understand the "why" behind each recommendation. I work with individuals across different life stages who are seeking sustainable, evidence-based nutrition education/support tailored to their unique needs.
Your first session with Kelly
Our first session is all about getting to know one another. This is a space for you to share where you are in your health journey right now and where you hope to be. Weāll talk through your current goals, challenges, lifestyle, and any concerns that brought you here. Together, weāll begin to uncover the why behind your visitāunderstanding your health history, the path youāre currently on, and what you feel needs to happen next. My goal as a clinician is to truly listen, provide clarity, and ensure you feel heard and supported from the very beginning. Before the session ends, weāll set a few realistic and approachable goals to focus on before our next visit. These goals are never overwhelming or restrictiveājust intentional steps designed to move the needle forward in a way that feels sustainable for you. You can expect open conversation, clear communication, and a collaborative approach throughout our time together.
