About Kelly
Welcome! I specialize in providing evidence-based sports nutrition counseling - teaching the WHY & HOW nutrition can optimize athletic performance. Over the past nine years, I’ve worked with high-schools, Division I, II, & III universities, & adult athletes across the US. I am a former collegiate rower, & continue to develop as an athlete by running road races, triathlons, & building muscle.

Whether it’s fueling a three-sport athlete, reaching a top PR during competition season, transitions out of collegiate sports, or training for your first Hyrox, you’ll gain the knowledge to make optimal fueling choices with available resources.
