About Kelly

Hello there! My Name is Kelly and I have been in the field of nutrition since 2012. I first started my journey working at my local WIC office and helping low-income families for about 10 years, and then I transitioned into the hospital setting for more of an inpatient/ clinical setting. I feel I have a wealth of knowledge when it comes to eating on a budget/meal planning and pre/post-natal nutrition from my time at WIC and now with my time in the hospital setting I am gaining even more knowledge with more disease states and cancer care. Being plant-based myself I am always called to new recipes and deserts that are tasty and crowd pleasers, and with the ever-evolving products that are available to the consumer on the shelves it is becoming easier to practice different types of diets/ways of eating. On any given day you can find me going for a run with my two dogs, Louie & Faye, especially in the fall time as New England has the best leaf peeping!

Approach to care

I find that the best way to approach nutrition is personalized and as supportive as possible. I understand that life is very busy and I want to be there for you as much as I can and provide you with the tools I can to be successful. I really look forward to working together and helping you reach your goals!

Your first session with Kelly

Our first session will focus on getting to know you and what you feel will be the main focus of our time spent together. This can consist of a baseline for goals we can form together as well as a relationship we can form so that we are comfortable speaking to one another about motivators, concerns, habits, and ultimately what you are looking to get from our sessions. I hope that you feel comfortable speaking with me and I am always open to suggestions/personal preferences.
