About Kelly
Hi, Iām Kelly, a Registered Dietitian and Personal Trainer with a bachelorās degree in Health Science from Merrimack College. During my time there, I also began my journey as a personal trainer. Now based in Simsbury, Connecticut, I currently run my private practice online and compete in powerlifting through the USAPL at a national level. My expertise lies in sports nutrition and disordered eating. I focus on helping clients fuel their bodies for peak performance while moving away from diet culture and the "all-or-nothing" mentality.
