About Kelly
Iāve worked as a dietitian for 10 years, gaining experience in a variety of areas including eating disorders, womenās health (PCOS), and diabetes. I offer compassionate, client-centered support for individuals at any stage of recovery, from disordered eating to an eating disorder. I can provide eating disorder meal planning, guidance with body image, and help with managing a specific health concern.
Approach to care
My focus is helping people nourish their body and mind in a sustainable way that allows their physical, emotional, and mental well-being to flourish. I will walk alongside you in your journey to help you build a nourishing relationship with food and help to reconnect with your body. I utilize Intuitive Eating principles and Health at Every Sizeā¢ framework which promotes body diversity and holistic health.
Your first session with Kelly
During our first session, I will provide a safe, judgement-free space that allows us to get to know each other. We will explore your relationship with food, body image, and any challenges you face. This is a collaborative process, in which we will explore your past and present relationship with food, health history, sleep, movement and discuss your goals whether itās recovering from disordered eating or improving overall well-being. The goals will be realistic and personalized and I will be there to guide every step of the way.
