About Kelly
Hi! I am a former college athlete turned performance dietitian with experience working with professional sports, private practice, and functional health. I am passionate about helping individuals, from athletes to the general population, optimize their nutrition for performance, recovery, and long-term well-being. I am dedicated to making evidence-based nutrition accessible and sustainable, helping to empower clients to fuel their best selves!
Approach to care
My approach to care is centered on personalized, evidence-based nutrition that supports both long-term health and performance. I believe in meeting clients where they are, helping them build sustainable habits that fit their lifestyle. Whether optimizing performance, managing health conditions, or improving overall well-being, my goal is to provide realistic and science-backed guidance that empowers clients to feel and perform their best!
Your first session with Kelly
In our first session, we’ll take a deep dive into your current nutrition habits, lifestyle, and goals. I’ll ask about your typical meals, training or activity schedule, and any challenges you’re facing. Together, we’ll create an initial plan tailored to your needs—whether that’s optimizing performance, improving overall health, or making nutrition feel easier and more sustainable. You’ll leave with clear action steps and a better understanding of how to fuel your body effectively.
