About Kelly
I am an experienced Clinical Dietitian with over 20 years in medical nutrition therapy, public health, and community-based nutrition services. I can provide evidence-based care, facilitate group education, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Skilled in nutrition counseling, program development, food safety, and addressing food insecurity. I am passionate about improving health outcomes through personalized nutrition and accessible wellness education.
Approach to care
I believe in a balanced approach to nutrition—one where all foods fit. My goal is to help you meet your health goals without fear or guilt around food. Through education, encouragement, and practical strategies, I’ll support you in building the knowledge and confidence to make sustainable, healthful choices that honor both your body and your preferences.
Your first session with Kelly
We'll start by getting to know each other. I’ll ask about your lifestyle, food and physical activity history, any nutrition-related medical conditions or medications, and your personal goals. From there, we’ll work together to create a plan that fits your needs and preferences. Before our visit, take a moment to think about what you'd like to achieve. We’ll explore SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound) to help break your overall goal into manageable steps.
