About Kelly
I have been a practicing Registered Dietitian for over 23 years, specializing in weight management, diabetes management, and the treatment of conditions such as heart disease and elevated cholesterol, chronic kidney disease, malnutrition, and liver disease.
Approach to care
We’ll work together as a team. I’ll provide education and practical tools to empower you to take the lead in managing your condition. I believe in a balanced approach to nutrition—one where all foods can fit. My goal is to help you reach your health goals without fear or guilt around food. Through education, encouragement, and realistic strategies, I’ll support you in building the knowledge and confidence needed to make sustainable choices that honor your body and your preferences.
Your first session with Kelly
We'll start by getting to know each other. I’ll ask about your lifestyle, food and physical activity history, any nutrition-related medical conditions or medications, and your personal goals. From there, we’ll work together to create a plan that fits your needs and preferences. Before our visit, take a moment to think about what you'd like to achieve. We’ll explore SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound) to help break your overall goal into manageable steps.
