About Kelly
I’m Kelly, a registered dietitian, lactation counselor, and mom who believes mealtime should be one of the most joyful parts of life. In my years of experience, I have worked in Boston hospitals, private practice, and research, and worked in specialty clinics for pediatrics as well as gastroenterology. In my work, I’ve supported hundreds of people feel more comfortable in their bodies and empowered about their health and the health of their families. My specialties in nutrition are in pediatrics, pregnancy, and gastroenterology. There is so much nutrition information available these days that it can feel overwhelming. I can help translate complex nutrition into simple, relatable guidance that works in real life. I can't wait to help make mealtimes more joyful for you and your families.
Approach to care
I take a real-world and individualized approach to care. I know you and your families have busy lives! I will help understand your goals and help set actionable and attainable steps towards those goals that does not feel overwhelming and fits within your unique preferences and lifestyle. I offer lots of tips and tools that can help you achieve your goals. It is important to me that I can help you feel empowered when it comes to your health and nutrition. For kids, I tailor my recommendations to your unique child and your nutrition goals and aim to make eating fun!
