About Kelly
Hi, I'm Kelly, RD and LDN, and I'm glad you're here. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Nutrition from Keiser University and have spent the last five years helping people in clinical and hospital settings, in community health programs, and in long-term care. My approach blends science with everyday practicality, so you can feel confident about the choices you make. Outside of work, I love tending my garden, diving into a good book or audiobook, and enjoying time with my family. I look forward to getting to know you.

Your first session with Kelly
Our first appointment is a warm, collaborative conversation built around you. We'll start by reviewing your medical history and any recent lab work or biometrics so I can understand your current health picture. Then we'll establish short term goals and take a deeper dive into your relationship with food. Together we'll begin drafting a personalized meal plan that fits your tastes and schedule, and we can discuss any barriers or accelerators to change. You don't need to have it all figured out; just show up as you are and we'll pace a plan that's doable and empowering. We'll confirm next steps to get you started.
