About Kelly

Hi, I’m Kelly! I specialize in helping busy parents, everyday athletes, and outdoor adventurers fuel their bodies to feel and perform their best. Whether you’re juggling family life, training for your next race, or gearing up for your next big adventure, I’m here to make nutrition simple, sustainable, and effective. With a background in clinical nutrition and years of experience in hospitals, higher education and private counseling, I understand how food impacts energy, performance, and long-term health. My goal is to take the guesswork out of nutrition—helping you build habits that fit your active lifestyle without stress or restriction. When I’m not working, you’ll find me outside—biking, hiking, camping, and coaching youth sports in our community. Join me on Peloton: @kellyjp90.
