About Kelly
Hi there, I’m Kelly! I have spent quality time in the hustle of acute care hospitals, gaining a deep understanding of how nutrition impacts chronic disease and overall health. Driven by a commitment to improve preventative care I joined Nourish to help people like you optimize health through nutrition. Additionally, I serve as adjunct faculty in the Nutrition and Dietetics Department at Idaho State University and find joy in teaching and inspiring future nutrition professionals. When I'm not working, you’ll find me in the great outdoors of the West enjoying time with my family – biking, hiking, camping and coaching youth sports teams.

We’ll discuss all aspects that influence your health – anything from medical history to sleep habits and everything in between. This lays the groundwork for a comprehensive nutrition assessment and targeted nutrition-related recommendations to help you reach your goals. Together we will collaborate on a plan to implement actionable goals to help improve your health and well being. Your active involvement and honesty are key in shaping a plan that truly suits you and sets the stage for your success.
