About Kelly

Kelly is a registered dietitian and board certified specialist in oncology nutrition. She has 5 years experience working in the clinical and outpatient settings. With specialization in oncology nutrition, she understands the profound impact that nutrition can have on overall well-being during cancer treatment and survivorship. In addition to cancer care, Kelly also has extensive experience working with individuals with weight stabilization, as well as disease prevention and health promotion. She believes in taking a proactive approach to health and empowering individuals to make informed choices that support their long-term wellness goals.

Kelly’s approach is rooted in evidence-based practices and tailored to meet your unique needs and goals. Together you will set goals and build habits that are realistic and fit into your life. One of the cornerstones of Kelly’s practice is the non-diet approach. Your first session with Kelly

In the first session together, you can expect to spend time getting to know one another. Kelly aims to take a holistic approach discussing your lifestyle, medical history, current nutrition practices and health goals. She will also discuss any questions you may have. You can expect to end the session with a clear picture of your long term goals and the first steps to take you there.
