About Kelly
Hi! I’m a registered dietitian with over 15 years of experience and a busy mom of three. I understand firsthand how challenging it can be to prioritize your health while managing daily responsibilities. In my career, I’ve worked with diverse populations in telehealth settings, addressing a variety of health concerns, including cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and weight issues. I’ve also had the privilege of teaching future dietitians at the collegiate level, where I honed my ability to simplify complex nutrition concepts. Whether I’m working with individuals, families, or students, my goal remains the same: to empower others with knowledge and practical strategies for lasting health.
Approach to care
I approach nutrition as a realist—believing that all foods can fit into a well-balanced diet. Rome wasn’t built in a day, and our nutrition habits don’t change overnight either. My focus is on helping you make small, meaningful changes that lead to lifelong positive health outcomes. I love teaching the “why” behind nutrition recommendations, breaking down science into simple, actionable steps, and sharing tips to make your journey easier. Whether through counseling, education, or meal planning, I’m here to support you with realistic, sustainable solutions that fit seamlessly into your life.
Your first session with Kelly
During your first session, you can expect us to spend time getting to know your daily routine and eating habits. I'll also ask you about your feelings around food as well as want to hear about any nutrition education you've previously had. The more I know about your preferences and habits, the more specialized recommendations I can make!
