About Kelly

Kelly has over a decade of experience as a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer, working with individuals to help improve their overall health and wellness. She is able to utilize medical nutrition therapy and behavior change tools to help slow and manage a variety of acute and chronic illnesses. She is excited to be here for you on this adventure and pledge to support you in every way that she can.

Approach to care

Experience in disordered eating and body image issues enables her to help you get to the root of why you have been dieting and struggling with food and how you view yourself, and empower you to help change your behaviors and thoughts about body image and your eating habits. Kelly strives to provide a supportive, empathetic environment, with a little bit of fun, to enable you to feel comfortable and open during your sessions to elicit the most change possible. She believes in a meet-you-where-you-are approach, making small changes over time to help sustainably change behaviors and habits. We are all human beings just trying our best everyday, and she understands this to no end.

Your first session with Kelly

Kelly will work to understand your goals during your hour-long session to learn how to guide you in this process. You both will go through a wide range of questions and lifestyle topics to gain a better understanding of you and from where you are starting.
