About Kelly
Hi, I'm Kelly! I'm a dietitian based in Illinois with a passion for helping people feel their best through individualized and realistic nutrition support. I enjoy nutrition counseling as it gives me the chance to connect with individuals, understand their goals, and cheer them on as they make progress. I have experience with conditions such as heart health, weight gain or loss, diabetes, gastrointestinal health, liver health, kidney disease, nutrition for cognitive health, and anti-inflammatory nutrition.
Approach to care
My approach is rooted in compassion and individualized care. I know from my own experience that making changes can be challenging, and I understand how important patience and support are throughout the process. I take time to learn your "why" and work with you to identify small, realistic, and sustainable steps that can help you reach and maintain your health goals. I also love helping build the foundations for long-term success, whether that's developing helpful habits, building confidence in the kitchen, or working together to plan easy and healthy meals.
Your first session with Kelly
Our first session is all about getting to know you and laying the foundation for personalized support. We will talk through your health history, eating patterns, food preferences, and daily routines so I better understand your unique needs. I'll also ask about your goals, concerns, and any barriers you've experienced, as well as what you feel you need most from me to be successful. Together, we will identify realistic, achievable next steps so you can begin moving confidently towards your health goals.
