About Kelsey
For five years and 1/2 I’ve blended evidence-based nutrition with a warm, down-to-earth approach. I love truly getting to know the clients I work with. My goal is to help people build healthy habits that feel natural—not stressful. When I’m off the clock, you can usually find me rescuing dogs, planning my next travel adventure, or porch sitting with a mocktail in hand.
Approach to care
I believe nutrition should feel empowering—not overwhelming. My approach combines solid, evidence-based guidance with a fun, approachable style that helps clients feel comfortable, supported, and confident in making lasting changes. I strive to meet you where you are at and build a solid plan from there.
Your first session with Kelsey
Your first session helps us understand your unique challenges and break them into manageable, realistic steps. Together, we’ll create goals that support your lifestyle, build confidence, and lay a strong foundation for long-term success so you feel prepared, motivated, and supported every step ahead
