About Kelsey
Hi, Iām Kelsey! Iām a Registered Dietitian with 5 years of experience and a Masterās in Nutrition Science from Murray State University. Iāve worked across clinical and hospital settings, community health, private practice, and I bring 3 years of 1:1 telehealth experience supporting clients in real life, not just on paper. Outside of sessions, youāll usually find me cooking something nourishing, training for endurance runs, strength training, dancing it out, or walking my dog. Movement and food are both a big part of my life, and I believe they should feel supportive, not stressful. My approach is empathetic, holistic, and judgment-free. Iām here to offer clear, compassionate guidance that meets you where you are and helps you build habits that actually last. Iām really glad youāre here!
Approach to care
My approach blends evidence-based nutrition with empathy and practical action. I believe nutrition care should feel collaborative and supportive, not rigid or intimidating. Together, weāll build a plan you can actually stick to ā not a diet you fear. I aim to meet you exactly where you are, treating you with warmth, respect, and curiosity while honoring your values and lived experience. No judgment. No one-size-fits-all rules. My care is holistic, recognizing that food doesnāt exist in a vacuum. Weāll look at nutrition, sleep, stress, and movement as interconnected pieces that all matter. I aim to help my clients achieve sustainable habits, body respect, and skills that empower lasting, meaningful change.
Your first session with Kelsey
Our first appointment is all about you. We'll dive into your relationship with food, review medical history, and explore what you hope to change. We'll establish 1 or 2 short-term goals and a realistic plan you can start this week. You don't need to have it all figured out before you come; this is a judgment-free space where together weāll explore what matters most. Youāll leave feeling lighter, empowered, and confident in the path ahead.
