βWorking with Kelsey has been fabulous! I was nervous to meet with a dietitian but my very first meeting Kelsey made me feel so comfortable and now we feel like old friends. The goals we set together are attainable but I felt a difference quickly. Even if I dont hit all my goals every time,y meetings with Kelsey are a non-judgemental space to learn, reset, and keep moving towards whatβs good for me. β

βWorking with Kelsey has been such a supportive and empowering experience. She is kind, compassionate, and completely non-judgmental, while still keeping me accountable. Her focus on fertility and improving egg quality helped me understand nutrition on a deeper level. She guided me away from overly restrictive habits and toward balanced blood sugar, mindful sugar and sodium intake, and supportive practices like meditation. I feel more balanced, informed, and hopeful in my fertility journey.β

About Kelsey
Hi, I'm Kelsey! I'm a Registered Dietitian with 10 years of experience and a solid foundation in science and compassionate care. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY, and I completed my Dietetic Internship at Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. My career has taken me through clinical and hospital settings, private practice, community health, group homes for people with developmental disabilities, and inpatient rehab. My personal passion is fertility nutrition and helping woman balance their hormones. When I'm not working, I love spending time with my two young kids, family and friends, and I also enjoy yoga and meditation. I'm dedicated to helping you build a sustainable, collaborative relationship with food while providing warm and compassionate care.
Approach to care
My care philosophy is rooted in collaboration and evidence. I rely on evidence-based, science-focused guidance while keeping you supported. I approach nutrition with a weight-neutral lens, aligned with principles that prioritize health and wellbeing over quick fixes. We will design practical, sustainable plans that fit your life, not the other way around. I value a holistic view of health, considering sleep, stress, movement, and nourishment, and I aim to educate you so you can make informed decisions with confidence. I'm here to walk with you as you build lasting habits!
Your first session with Kelsey
Our first appointment is all about you. We'll review your medical history, current routines, relationship with food, and short term goals in a warm, non-judgmental space. This is a collaborative conversation, not an exam, and you don't need to have everything figured out yet. We'll talk about what has worked for you, what hasn't, and what feels realistic to start. By the end, we'll set 1 or 2 small, achievable goals and outline the next steps to keep you moving forward together.
