About Kelsey
Hi! My name is Kelsey, and I have been a Registered Dietitian for over 6 years. My interest in nutrition started at a young age when one of my family members was hospitalized. A dietitian came in to educate him on how nutrition could help him improve. That was fascinating to me - that food truly could be medicine! In my free time, I'm usually going on walks, golfing exploring new breweries, reading, and relaxing with my family and dog, Mabel.
Approach to care
I have worked as an inpatient dietitian for the past 5 years, so I have worked with clients with a variety of health concerns. My approach during my one-on-one sessions is to create a "judgement-free zone" using open-mindedness and humor. Humor is a big part of my life, and I love to incorporate it into my sessions.
Your first session with Kelsey
What I hope my clients get out of sessions with me is an advocate and cheerleader for them. Nutrition shouldn't be something to be scared of - we do it everyday! I use an individualized approach to make my clients feel seen and heard. In your first session, we will go through your nutrition routine, and then make tweaks and embellish - I'm not here to blow up your entire routine. I want to help create changes in a sustainable way.

I received my Bachelor's Degree from University of Wisconsin - Stout, and my Master's Degree and internship at Saint Louis University.
