Kelsey Perusse is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Master’s in Nutrition and Dietetics from Bastyr University, one of the top naturopathic health schools. She also trained at the Natural Gourmet School of Cookery, where she learned to blend the science of nutrition with holistic, creative cooking. Kelsey helps clients turn evidence-based knowledge into practical action. Whether you're looking to boost energy, manage a health condition, or feel your best, Kelsey works with you to create a plan that fits your lifestyle.
