About Kelsey
Kelsey has 6+ years of experience as a Registered Dietitian and 5+ years working with eating disorders and is passionate about mending others relationship with food. Kelsey has vast experience with eating disorders in both inpatient and outpatient settings (adult/children/adolescent) as well as general health and nutrition. Kelsey knows how confusing the nutrition world can be and loves to help others navigate this by reaching their personal health goals through evidence-based research.

Kelsey gets to know her clients by asking many questions and is skilled at digging deep and getting to the root cause of the nutritional problem at hand. Kelsey makes all of her clients feel comfortable and enjoys creating a personal rapport with each and every client. She will work to understand your past and current eating habits and nutrition beliefs to come up with the best nutrition plan for your best future self.
