About Kelsey

Hi! I'm Kelsey, and I'm here to show you that a full life and good health can happily coexist. As a Registered Dietitian, I specialize in navigating complex areas like diabetes care and pre-dialysis nutrition. I also love helping clients with healthy aging, heart health, and tricky elimination diets. My secret ingredient? A past life as a pastry chef! I've spent years in professional kitchens learning how to make food taste incredible. Now, I use that culinary expertise to help you create nourishing meals and treats that don't feel like a sacrifice. My goal is simple: to combine my passion for hospitality with clinical expertise, ensuring you feel truly seen, heard, and cared for on your journey to better health. Let's make food you love that helps you thrive!

Approach to care

My foundational philosophy is that truly effective nutrition care must be personalized, evidence-based, and focused on lasting results. I reject the "one-size-fits-all" mentality and the fleeting promises of fad diets. My goal is to empower you to build a resilient relationship with food and your body.

Your first session with Kelsey

During our first session we will dive into your full story. We'll discuss your past experiences with food, cooking skills, work schedule, family dynamics, and budget. This is where the hospitality foundation comes in—I take the time to truly listen. Clinical & Lifestyle Factors: We review your medical history, labs (especially critical for diabetes and kidney conditions), current medications, and physical activity levels. Goals & Motivations: We define what "success" looks like to you, ensuring your goals are achievable and aligned with your life.
