About Kelsey

Kelsey is a functional dietitian with nearly a decade of experience helping women get to the root of their gut issues, fatigue, and stubborn weight gain. Her approach is anything but surface-level — she combines clinical and functional medicine to create a strategic plan that fits into your reality. Kelsey studied nutrition at Kansas State University and the University of Kansas Medical Center, where she built a strong foundation in dietetics and patient care. Over the years, she’s worked with hundreds of women inside her virtual practice, using a highly personalized, results-driven strategy to transform energy, digestion, hormones, and metabolism. She specializes in hypothyroidism, PCOS, weight management, gut health and chronic fatigue.

Approach to care

Kelsey takes a holistic, food first approach. Every patient strategy is broken down into food recommendations, supplement suggestions and lifestyle changes to help elevate your progress. Kelsey believes that food needs to come first, but with the changing food system supplements can be helpful to fill the gaps. It's also important to incorporate lifestyle changes as they can deplete your nutrition status. The body does not work in isolation. Everything is connected so Kelsey believes a holistic approach is best for long term results!

In your first session, we’ll take a deep dive into your health history, daily habits, and current symptoms. You can show up just as you are and share whatever feels helpful. Kelsey will use this info along with your personal goals to create a custom plan that helps boost your energy, reduce bloating, and support your metabolism from the ground up. It’s all about building a strong foundation and getting you on the path to feeling your best.
