About Kelsie
Hello! I’m Kelsie, a dietitian passionate about helping people reach their weight and fitness goals through realistic, sustainable nutrition. As a former student athlete, I developed a lifelong appreciation for how nutrition supports movement, performance and well-being. For many years I’ve helped clients like you reach their health goals with a strong focus on weight management. My personal journey with food, body image and the rollercoaster of dieting shaped my anti-diet, lifestyle based approach. I understand how hard it is to build a healthy relationship with food while striving to lose weight, feel better in your body, or improve performance. That’s why I focus on habit building, behavior change, and mindset, not restriction. My approach is rooted in flexibility, sustainability and self compassion to support you, your body and your lifestyle. I offer personalized, evidence based guidance and strive to be a supportive, relatable guide on your journey.

In our first meeting, I want to get to know you, not just as a client, but as a person. I’ll ask questions about your life, habits, interests, and goals, and you’ll have the opportunity to share what’s most important to you. Together, we’ll create a plan with actionable steps you can start right away. By the end of our session, you’ll feel supported and equipped with clear direction for your next steps.
