About Kendall
Iâm a compassionate Registered Dietitian specializing in eating disorders, general healthy eating, and sports nutrition. I take an individualized approach with each client, recognizing that every body and background is unique. My goal is to help people break free from food rules, fuel their bodies with confidence, and build a positive relationship with food.
Approach to care
With experience in residential eating disorder treatment and a background as a lifelong athleteâ8 years in gymnastics, cheer in high school and college, and now a strength and kickboxing coachâI understand both the challenges of recovery and the demands of athletic performance. My approach is supportive and practical, emphasizing that all foods can fit into a balanced diet. I focus on teaching that ALL foods can fit into a balanced diet and that every food has purpose and value. My work involves helping clients rebuild self-confidence, learn to respect and nourish their bodies, and cultivate a mindset where food is no longer feared but embraced. Through individualized support and guidance, I strive to empower my clients to heal, foster a positive relationship with food, and live fully in their bodies.
