About Kendra
Kendra is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Prevention Program Lifestyle Coach. She is passionate about helping people to heal and prevent disease through the power of a healthy, mindful eating approach. Kendra has worked in a variety of healthcare settings supporting people with chronic disease (diabetes, pre-diabetes, renal disease and heart conditions), as well as those who just want to feel better or improve their relationship with food. She lives outside of Austin, TX with her husband in their vibrant household of 6 teenagers, 2 dogs, a cat and a sugar glider!
Approach to care
Kendra believes in a client-led approach that will allow you to make meaningful changes in a way that fits your lifestyle for long-term, lasting success. She believes that improving health and wellness is about education, but also meeting you where you are in creating that change. As a busy working mom, she understands the challenges that life can bring to making yourself a priority, and she'll be there to support you every step of the way!
