About Kendra
My passion for nutrition began in high school while playing sports and grew even stronger as I continued with track and cross country in college. I was often frustrated by the overwhelming and contradictory advice about diets and training protocols, and I wanted to uncover the truth for myself. That curiosity led me to become a Registered Dietitian, and for the past 16+ years I’ve been helping others navigate their own health journeys.
Approach to care
My approach is evidence-based, compassionate, and personalized. I believe in meeting you where you are and creating practical strategies that fit real life. I want you to feel safe in a non-judgmental environment where we can explore what makes you unique, set meaningful goals, and work together in a way that feels natural and enjoyable. My goal is always to work with your body, not against it, while helping you build confidence in your relationship with food.
Your first session with Kendra
In our first session, I want to get to know you, who you are, what brought you here, and what you hope to achieve. I’ll listen to your goals first, then guide you toward a plan that supports your needs, values, and aspirations. In later sessions, we’ll reflect on what’s working and what isn’t, both mentally and physically, so we can continue to adjust and move forward together.
Education
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Texas A&M University and my Master of Science in Nutrition from Texas Woman’s University.
Hobbies
Outside of work, I enjoy running, cheering on my four kids at their sporting events, and spending time with my two adorable pups.
